Shopping by mail or the internet requires trust in the merchant – and we do our very best to earn your confidence on every order.

We will always provide the best quality we can find and back it up with our guarantee. If something is not right, please contact us immediately!

You must be satisfied or we will promptly replace the item or refund your money, less shipping charge. It’s as simple as that.

Fast Service on Phone, Online Store & Fax Orders

The fastest three ways to order and verify that you get the items you want are to call, use our online store, or fax our order department. Please note that we do close on selected holidays and for a year-end inventory.
Call us 936-449-4188 between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday – Friday.

ONLINE STORE ALWAYS OPEN! Our online store is always open. Click any store icon or category navigation link to go there. Review our Order Online information for help with using it.
Fax us 24 hours a day at 936-597-4154.

Backorders

We hate them as much as you do, so we try very hard to maintain adequate stock on all items. Since we make all of the items we sell, if we are temporarily out of stock, we will replenish the out of stock item within a day or two.. We do not back order products.

Checks & Money Orders

We accept personal or business checks and money orders with your orders sent by mail. Checks over $200 may be held up to 5 days for bank clearance. You must include your phone number with all orders! Address for Mail Orders: PO box 186. Montgomery, tx.  77356.

COD Orders

We do not accept COD orders.

Credit Cards

We do NOT charge your card until your order is ready to ship. You are NEVER charged in advance for items not received.

  • ONLINE & MAIL: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please include your phone number, card number, and expiration date. ON MAIL ORDERS, don’t forget your signature on mail order form. Don’t forget that you must include your phone number with all orders!
  • ONLINE ORDER NOTE: If your billing (home) and shipping address are different, you need to indicate which of the addresses (or another) is associated with the credit card. Without this information, your order will be delayed until we can contact you to get it, as it is required by the credit card companies for authorization. There is a field provided for this information where you get to indicate ‘special ordering instructions’.

Holidays & Days Closed

Please note that Bee Wilde Bee and Honey Farm is closed on the following holidays to give our employees a break to spend some quality time with their families. We ARE a working farm. Any online orders submitted during a holiday will be shipped immediately after the holiday.

Holiday Schedule:
May 31: Memorial Day
July 4: Independence Day
September: Labor Day (first Monday in September)
November: Thanksgiving Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
December: Christmas & New Year’s. We are closed from December 23rd. (noon) until January 2nd.
